New England Institute of Technology Library: Room Reservations

Starting Spring Term 2024 the library is allowing study and media rooms to be reserved for group study, meetings or tutoring. You do not need a reservation to use a room, if a room is empty and no reservation is posted, anyone can use it.

To make a reservation use the widget below.  

• If you studying in a group, only one member of your group should make a reservation
• Reservations are made in hour long blocks.
• You may not reserve more than 3 hours a day.
• Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.
• If a room is reserved by someone else, you may use it up to 15 minutes before the posted reservation time.

You do not need to check in for your reservation. The date and time of the reservation will be posted on the study room door. Look for the sign with your name on it.
