New England Institute of Technology Library: Room Reservations

Starting Spring Term 2024 the library is allowing study and media rooms to be reserved for group study, meetings or tutoring. You do not need a reservation to use a room, if a room is empty and no reservation is posted, anyone can use it.

To make a reservation use the links below.  The media rooms (S105Y & S105Z) are located at the front of the library and have televisions. The study rooms are located towards the rear of the library.

• If you studying in a group, only one member of your group needs to make a reservation
• Reservations are made in hour long blocks.
• You may not reserve more than 3 hours a day.
• Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.
• If a room is reserved by someone else, you may use it up to 15 minutes before the posted reservation time.
