database covers a single "hot" issue in the news in depth
each week. The weekly reports, written by experienced journalists,
feature comments from experts, lawmakers and citizens on all sides
of every issue. Each report includes numerous charts, graphs and sidebar
articles, plus a pro-con feature, a chronology, lengthy bibliographies
and a list of contacts. Issues date back to October 25, 1991.
