Library Publications
The Library publishes several series of booklets that contain information on effective library use, research strategies, and writing skills. These resources are also available through this website.
One set of publications is the Subject Resource Series. For information on how to write a research paper, see Research Paper Format.

Mission Statement
The NEIT Library seeks to provide an organized, balanced, and varied collection to support the goals of the institution. By providing a wide range of materials, the Library attempts to furnish a broad foundation for research for an undergraduate technical education. Through various means of instruction, the Library teaches the information literacy skills necessary to support lifelong learning for personal and professional growth.

2. Teach research and information literacy skills through reference services, including bibliographic instruction, individual assistance, online reference, telephone assistance, and tours.

3. Provide print and web-based instructional materials that teach skills and describe Library resources and services.

4. Help library users develop skills for lifelong learning by increasing awareness of library resources and services.

5. Provide trained and knowledgeable staff to support the teaching and resource management functions of the Library.
